Privacy Policy

Privacy policy of personal data of users of Fast Track service  (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to information that is provided by Users voluntarily in order to use the electronic service http://fasttracks.me/ (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Service).

 

It includes, in particular, information about the first name, last name and patronymic of Users, information about orders being made, pre-contractual work and contractual obligations, as well as other information that constitutes commercial, personal or any other secret protected by law.

 

The user acknowledges that information about legal entities that are or were in the public domain in the unified state register of legal entities does not constitute the subject of any secret.

 

By registering on the site, the client confirms that he has read the terms of this Privacy Policy with due diligence and accepts them, without any additional comments.

1.2. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Site User, however, the User undertakes to provide information in accordance with the requirements of clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy.

 

1.3. The Service is not responsible if false information posted by the User on the Electronic Service entails direct and (or) indirect losses to third parties or the User himself.

 

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

 

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration to not disclose and provide a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Site Administration when registering and using the Service.

 

2.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Electronic Service.

3. PROCEDURE FOR STORING PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.2. The User agrees that the Service has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, and other persons, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order.

The Service does not have the right to sell, buy, provide, exchange or in any other way disclose the User's bank account or card data, as well as the User's transaction data, with the exception of providing the specified information to the User himself, Visa / Mastercard corporation, authorized government agencies. Other personal data of the User can be transferred only to authorized state authorities (except for cases of transferring information in order to fulfill the order specified in clause 3.2. Of this policy).  

3.4. The user is liable to third parties for his actions related to the use of the Service, including if such actions lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties. Submission of recourse claims to the Service due to violation by the User of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties is not allowed.

 

4. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

 

4.1. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Service is not responsible if this confidential information:

 

4.1.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

 

4.1.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Service.

 

4.1.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

 

4.1.4. Has become publicly available as a result of illegal actions of third parties.

 

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

5.1. The user agrees that the claim procedure for resolving disputes and disagreements is mandatory. The term for considering and sending a response to a written claim is 10 (ten) business days.

 

5.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court.

 

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

 

6.1. The Service has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent and notification of the User. Such changes come into force from the day they are published on the Electronic Service.

 

6.2. The user undertakes to familiarize himself with the changes made in a timely manner and confirms his responsibility for the consequences of untimely familiarization with them.
